Slap Chop Remix now on TV!

Am I a little late haha? A few days ago on comedy central (and a few other channels) I noticed that the remix video of slap chop is finally on TV! I know that they’ve announced that they’d be doing this awhile ago but this is the first time (at least for me) I’ve seen it on TV. Even thought viral media is constantly being used as advertisement, I oddly feel like its something that should appear more later on in the future…. if the future is as idiocracy shows it….

Conclusion: Its funny shit, don’t get me wrong… but its going to confuse the older generation, a few college kids might buy it, and high school kids have no reason to… To me its a waste of money to turn it into something more then an online viral video; COLLEGE HUMOR VIRAL VIDEO MARKETING should stay on youtube/online…..

EDIT: note, not all viral marketing wouldn’t make it on TV, it just has to be aimed at the right audience.
